K9-International Terms and Conditions of Sale These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Agreement”) are made between the purchaser (“Buyer”) and K9-International (“Seller”), collectively known as the “Parties.”

1. Definition and Description of a K9-International Protection Dog:

1.1. The K9-International Dog refers to a highly trained protection dog provided by the Seller.
1.2. The K9-International Dog is specifically trained for personal protection and security.
1.3. The Seller guarantees that the K9-Internation Protection Dog has undergone rigorous obedience training, advanced protection skills, and socialisation.

2. Deposit:

2.1. To reserve a K9-International Protection Dog, the Buyer shall pay a non-refundable deposit amount as agreed upon by the Parties. This is typically 50% of the total cost.
2.2. The non-refundable deposit confirms the Buyer’s commitment to purchase a K9-International Protection Dog.
2.3. The non-refundable deposit will be deducted from the total purchase price.

3. Purchase Price and Payment:

3.1. The purchase price for a K9-International Protection Dog shall be mutually agreed upon by the Parties and specified in the purchase order or invoice.
3.2. The buyer must pay the purchase price, excluding the non-refundable deposit, in full before the delivery or handover of the K9-International Protection Dog.
3.3. The Seller may accept payment by bank transfer, credit card, or any other mutually agreed-upon method.

4. Delivery and Collection:

4.1. The Seller shall arrange to deliver the K9-International Protection Dog to the Buyer’s specified location.
4.2. The Buyer shall provide accurate delivery details and ensure the presence of a responsible adult to receive the K9-International Protection Dog.
4.3. The risk of loss or damage shall transfer to the Buyer upon delivery, and the Buyer shall be responsible for the K9-International Protection Dog from that point forward.

5. Health Guarantee and Warranty:

5.1. The Seller guarantees that the K9-International Protection Dog is in good health at delivery time.
5.2. The Seller strongly recommends that the K9-International Protection Dog receive regular veterinary care, including vaccinations, as local laws and regulations require.
5.3. The Buyer agrees to assume responsibility for any veterinary expenses incurred after delivering the K9-International Protection Dog.

6. Return Policy:

6.1. Once the K9-International Protection Dog is purchased and delivered to the Buyer, no returns or exchanges are allowed.
6.2. In exceptional cases where the Seller agrees to accept a return, the Buyer shall bear any associated costs, including transportation and restocking fees.

7. Limitation of Liability:

7.1. Once the K9-International Protection Dog is in the Buyer’s possession, the Seller is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses caused by it.
7.2. Following delivery, the buyer assumes full responsibility for the training, care, and management of the K9-International Protection Dog.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

8.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Seller is located.
8.2. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiation between the Parties. If no resolution is reached, the Parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in the Seller’s location.

9. Entire Agreement:

9.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties regarding purchasing a K9-International Protection Dog and supersedes any prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or verbal.

9.2. By purchasing a K9-International Protection Dog from K9-International Ltd, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Terms and Conditions for the K9-International Becoming a Handler Course:

Payment and Refund Policy

Once payment is received for the K9-International Becoming a Handler Course, it is non-refundable. By paying for the course, you agree to this policy and understand that no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

Intellectual Property Rights

All course materials, including but not limited to videos, texts, and graphics, provided as part of the K9-International Becoming a Handler Course are copyrighted and owned exclusively by K9-International Ltd. You agree not to reproduce, modify, or exploit any course content without obtaining explicit written permission.

Certification and Completion

Successful completion of the K9-International Becoming a Handler Course does not guarantee certification. Certification will only be awarded upon meeting all course requirements, passing any necessary assessments, and abiding by the Code of Conduct set forth by K9-International Ltd.

Code of Conduct

As a participant in the K9-International Becoming a Handler Course, you agree to adhere to a high professional ethics and conduct standard. Any violation of the Code of Conduct, including but not limited to abusive language, harassment, or unethical behaviour, may result in immediate termination of access to the course without a refund.

Disclaimer of Liability

K9-International Ltd and its instructors will try to provide accurate and reliable information throughout the course. However, they do not guarantee any information’s accuracy, completeness, or usefulness. You agree to use this information at your own risk and hold K9-International Ltd harmless from any liability arising from the course materials.

Modifications to Terms

K9-International Ltd reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately and will be communicated to you via email or through the course platform. You must review these terms periodically for any updates or modifications.

By enrolling in the K9-International Becoming a Handler Course and making payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
